These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Londrina online shop, as well as the conditions for buying and selling the products available on the website.
All prices shown include VAT at the applicable rate.
Londrina reserves the right to change prices and to withdraw products at any time without prior notice.
Despite our best efforts, some products may carry errors in price or description. In such cases the customer is contacted before despatch.
The customer chooses the products and adds them to the basket.
At checkout, you fill in your billing and delivery details and choose a payment method.
Once payment is confirmed, the customer receives an email with the order details.

We ship anywhere in Portugal, including the island regions.
Delivery times vary with the destination and the shipping method chosen.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
The customer is notified of despatch by email, with tracking where available.
The customer has 14 days from receiving the order to exchange or return the products.
Items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, with tags on and no signs of wear.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the fault is ours.
In case of a return, the refund is made to the same payment method.
